Fall Wellness Workshop for Healthy Aging

Learn about healthy aging and everyday wellness during a Fall Wellness Workshop presented by the GFWC High Springs New Century Woman’s Club. Presentations cover Medicare, self-care, senior safety, psychology, hearing aids, organ donation, chair yoga, nutrition and fitness balance. SHINE Medicare representatives will also provide in-person counseling, and the program includes activities and games. A complimentary light lunch will be served.
