Come Alive: An Immersive Mind-Body Experience

Reconnect with yourself during Come Alive, an immersive mind-body gathering designed for women. Led by registered dietitian and mind-body coach Leda Medina, the five-hour program combines mind-body education, mindful eating, guided meditation, meaningful conversation, music, movement and intuitive creativity. Participants will explore their relationships with food, their bodies and everyday life through guided activities centered on awareness, curiosity and self-discovery. Food and refreshments are provided, along with a curated take-home gift. Registration is $149, and seating is limited.
