Gainesville Ruckus Community Street Band Open Rehearsal

Make some noise with Gainesville Ruckus during an open community street band rehearsal at Heartwood Soundstage. Musicians with basic proficiency are invited to bring an instrument and learn music together, with brass, woodwinds and marching percussion especially encouraged. The revived Gainesville ensemble plans to gather monthly, giving musicians a low-commitment opportunity to dust off their instruments, read music and play as part of a large group. Youth may participate when accompanied by an adult guardian.
