Guitar legend Stanley Jordan joins Gent Treadly for a powerful new live project blending jazz, rock and the music of the Grateful Dead and Jimi Hendrix. Stanley Jordan is the world-renowned, Grammy-recognized guitar virtuoso whose revolutionary tapping technique transformed the instrument. Throughout his career, Jordan has collaborated with an extraordinary range of jazz artists and has performed extensively with Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh & Friends. Gent Treadly has toured nationally as the backing band for Grateful Dead members Vince Welnick and Tom Constanten, as well as Charles Neville of The Neville Brothers and Garth Hudson of The Band. Together, Gent Treadly ft. Stanley Jordan presents a rocking journey through Jordan’s remarkable career, featuring his signature material alongside extensive selections from the Grateful Dead and Jimi Hendrix songbooks.
